The hotel location is perfect. I loved the proximity to many sites and waterfront restaurants. I also very much appreciated the valet parking service. The 24/7 coffee bar made the lobby more inviting, and I found the seating areas relaxing. I liked the daily refreshed room.
The room was a bit dark! I did expect a brighter atmosphere during the day.

I found the room clean and spacious. The shower had l'Occitane products, MUCH appreciated! The valet parking was good and i found it to be dog friendly.
The breakfast buffet was VERY limited.

the hotel had a very good restaurant. i also appreciated the free coffee in the lobby. the filtered water station was quite convenient too.
i prepaid my stay, and they still asked for a hold fee. i wasn't given information provided to other guests during check-in. upon checkout, no one asked if i enjoyed my stay, which i found a little odd.
